VARTA Micro Innovation GmbH (hereinafter referred to as VMI) hereby grants you permission to use the VMI website under the current conditions for use on condition that the following regulations for use are accepted. Any other use of the material requires express prior written permission from VMI. The conditions for use and their scope can be altered or rescinded by VMI at any time. The legal relationship between VMI and all third parties that arise from or in connection with the direct or indirect use of the VMI website and its contents shall be subject solely to the Laws of Austria. The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. The sole court of jurisdiction for all legal disputes between VMI and third parties arising from the use of the VMI website or the content and information therein shall be the Commercial Court of Vienna, Austria.
